The wedding season in the Barossa Valley is off to a flying start, with two already on Saturday. The heart of the wine region is a beautiful and very popular place for weddings, and now at Cockatoo Ridge, we’re helping an experience that could be painful, be very easy, with our brand new Wedding Wine Packages!

Currently we have three different packages that can be tailor made to suit you and your special day. The Standard Package, starting at $240.00, the Sparkling Package, starting from $280.00, and the Premium Package, starting at $570.00. All packages are based on approximately 30 guests and allocating a bottle per person.

In the Standard Package we have combined our three most popular Cockatoo Ridge Wines, our flagship wine, NV Sparkling Brut Cuvee, our new and fantastic NV Sparkling Pink Moscato and our classic red, 2006 Cabernet Merlot. Working on $8 a person, making it a very affordable package.

Our Sparkling Package is for lovers of a bubble or two and includes our three most popular Sparkling Wines; our new Premium Sparkling White, NV Eleanora Pinot Chardonnay, Cockatoo Ridge NV Sparkling Rose and our famous Cellar Door only item, NV Sparkling Black. This package will cost $9.40 a person, and will complement any style wedding.

Last, but definitely not least, our Premium Package. This is for any lover of fine wine and includes three of our Premium Wines; Our NV Eleanora Pinot Chardonnay, recently the recipient of a Bronze medal at the Cowra Wine Show 2009, which is a back to back award after taking the same prize in 2008, NXG 2008 Riesling, winner of a Bronze Medal at the Rutherglen Wine Show in 2008, and the NXG 2005 Shiraz, also winning Bronze at the 2008 Rutherglen Wine Show. Already proved a winner, this extremely worth-while package will cost $19.00 per person.
